Babak Ghassemi, DDS

Dr. Ghassemi received his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of California, San Francisco. He has proudly served Oakland for 15 years and he continues to adhere to a standard of providing quality, comprehensive dental treatment to every individual who visits our dental office. To meet the needs and demands of his patients, he utilizes the most advanced dental technology available and has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education to stay abreast of changes in technique and treatment. In pursuing continuing education, Dr. Ghassemi has earned certifications in all areas of general, cosmetic, restorative, and implant dentistry. He has also undergone training in full-mouth reconstruction at Spear Education Center. He is affiliated with the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Alameda County Dental Society, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, International Congress of Oral Implantology, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, American College of Oral Implantologists and the Implant Prosthodontic Section of ICOI.

Albert Lee, DDS

Dr. Lee earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Oklahoma before undertaking graduate studies at the University of California, San Francisco where he earned his dental degree. There, he trained under some of the most prominent dentists in the United States. To ensure he is fully able to provide his patients with the highest quality of care, he routinely undertakes continuing education courses in all aspects of dentistry. Dr. Lee is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and the Alameda County Dental Society.

Sudi Moavenian

Dr Moavenian, a Board Certified Periodontist, has been providing advanced periodontal care and dental implant therapy to patients and doctors since 1994. She completed her dental education at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska (1990) following a doctorate degree in dental medicine in 1985. Her interest in Peridontics and dental implantology took her to the Ohio State University where she obtained her certificate in implantology and a masters of science degree. To become distinguished in the field of periodontology and amongst her colleagues, she then completed the board certification process in 1997. She is currently a member of American Academy of Implant Dentisty(AAID) through Loma Linda Maxicourse Study Club membership, American Academy of Periodontology(AAP), American Dental Association and California Dental Association. During your consultation appointments, Dr Moavenian provides a comprehensive evaluation of your oral health and will spend the time it takes to make you comfortable with your treatment options.

Raju Reddy, DDS, MD

Dr. Reddy performs the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery. He is committed to providing safe treatment in a comfortable and serene environment. He takes pride in building great, lasting relationships with his patients, and providing superb results that satisfy the patients’ oral health and aesthetic needs. Dr. Reddy continually undergoes education courses in his field to stay informed regarding the latest technologies and treatment techniques.

Reza Riahi, DDS

Dr. Reza Riahi grew up in the Bay Area and has been practicing dentistry since 2004. He received baccalaureate degrees in Biochemistry and Systems Physiology from San Jose State University with high honors. After working as a Research Chemist for several years he embarked on a career in Dental Medicine. Dr. Riahi graduated from the University of the Pacific Dental School with highest honors, earning numerous distinctions in academic, research, and clinical fields. Having focused his interest in Endodontics, he continued his training and completed a three year fellowship in advanced Endodontic education at Harvard University School of Dental Medicine earning a certificate in Endodontics and a Masters in Medical Sciences in the field of Oral Biology. Dr. Riahi conducted three years of research at the distinguished Forsyth Institute in Boston known for its research in oral and craniofacial sciences. He was associate clinical instructor at the Postdoctoral Endodontic division of Harvard School of Dental Medicine and has taught Advanced Head and Neck Anatomy at Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Riahi is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and he is presently on the board of the Mid-Peninsula Dental Society. He cherishes spending time with his wife Dr. Minaj Naimi, daughter Nava, son Navid, and enjoys hiking, camping, traveling, photography, and playing soccer.
