Treating your Invisalign aligners right and engaging in healthy habits will not only leave your teeth healthy and straight post-treatment, but also help you finish by your dentist’s estimated completion date (or even sooner). Be sure to do the following:
- Switch to new aligners on schedule – We know that there’s a little soreness that accompanies an aligner change, but don’t procrastinate when it’s time to swap them out. This could end up delaying your progress.
